Manchester United's pre-World Cup schedule looks clearer after two November fixture adjustments were announced by the Premier League.

Please note this match will not be broadcast live in the UK – it has been moved to accommodate our Europa League tie at Real Sociedad three days beforehand.

The Reds have made an announcement regarding the Premier League fixture on Sunday 18 September.

Our Carabao Cup campaign is due to get under way in the next midweek, with Villa again providing the opposition - this time at Old Trafford - for our third-round tie.

This will be followed by an away league match at Fulham, which has been moved to the last day before domestic football breaks for the World Cup in Qatar. The Craven Cottage clash kicks off at 16:30 GMT on Sunday 13 November and will be shown live on Sky Sports in the UK.

The World Cup final takes place on Sunday 18 December and United could be back in action a few days later, if we have reached the fourth round of the Carabao Cup.

Our Premier League schedule will then resume with Nottingham Forest's visit to Old Trafford on Boxing Day.

Today's changes follow the postponement of this Sunday's home game with Leeds United. No fresh date has been announced for this yet.
