Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made six changes to the starting XI that beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 in Shanghai last Thursday, as the Reds face Kristiansund in his native Norway.

The meeting with Ole’s hometown club in Oslo will be shown live on MUTV; and the match is the penultimate game of our pre-season campaign, with the last coming on Saturday in Cardiff against AC Milan in the International Champions Cup.

David De Gea retains his place in goal after keeping a clean sheet in his 45-minute outing against Spurs and captains the side.

As against Spurs, Ole changes three of his back four with recent recruit Aaron Wan-Bissaka again the only player to retain his place at right-back.

Out go Chris Smalling, Marcos Rojo and Ashley Young, with Phil Jones, Victor Lindelof and Luke Shaw coming in.

Nemanja Matic starts alongside Scott McTominay, with Andreas Pereira, Paul Pogba and Mason Greenwood moving to the bench.

A 4-2-3-1 formation looks set to feature Daniel James, who makes his fifth start of Tour 2019, Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial - scorer of United’s opener against Tottenham - support lone striker, Marcus Rashford, although the latter two could easily trade positions.

Despite talk of Paul Pogba nursing a back problem, Ole has told MUTV the midfielder is "fine" and will come off the bench in the second half.

Subs: Romero, Dalot, Rojo, Smalling, Tuanzebe, Young, Fred, Gomes, Mata, A.Pereira, Pogba, Chong, Greenwood.
