Club shares 2024/25 Fan Engagement Plan

Ahead of the opening game of the Premier League season, we are pleased to share our Fan Engagement Plan for 2024/25. This is our second annual Fan Engagement Plan, and it sets out our commitment to deepening the connection between the club and our fans.

The plan sets out the key objectives for growing and strengthening our supporter community via consultation, representation and delivery, and incorporates our ongoing All Red All Equal values across all communication streams.

Fan relations continue to be a priority for the club as we head into the new season, particularly as we focus on delivering success both on and off the pitch.

Last year saw a big focus on fan engagement, with record levels of activity, and in collaboration with our fan regulatory bodies – including the Fans' Advisory Board, the Fans' Forum and MUST – we are committed to delivering even more this season.

We look forward to continuing to work with our fan groups, fan representatives and our 300-plus official supporters’ clubs around the world to improve the experience for fans and to bring supporters closer to the club.

“We have an exciting season ahead, both on and off the pitch, and we know our fans will be with us at Old Trafford, LSV and at our away games, supporting the team. We are committed to listening to them, rewarding their loyalty and improving their experience. Our fans are what makes Manchester United the greatest football club in the world and I thank them for their incredible support and loyalty.”
