United line-up for FA Cup replay confirmed

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has made three changes from the Manchester United side that defeated Norwich City last Saturday for the Emirates FA Cup third-round replay against Wolves at Old Trafford.

Marcus Rashford is on the bench, as he was in the game at Molineux, after scoring twice against the Canaries. His place is taken by Mason Greenwood, who also found the net at the weekend.

Sergio Romero, replacing David De Gea in goal, and Daniel James, in for Andreas Pereira, are the two other changes the manager has made.

Luke Shaw and Ashley Young are both absent from the 18 on match duty tonight at Old Trafford but Jesse Lingard is back in the fold after illness.

Sergio Romero has been given the nod to start in goal.

Nemanja Matic makes his 100th appearance for the club in all competitions, alongside Fred in midfield, as Ole has opted for a strong side.

Diogo Dalot and Phil Jones are the defensive options on the bench but Eric Bailly and Tim Fosu-Mensah are getting closer to full fitness.

Tranmere Rovers or Watford await the victors in round four.

United: Romero; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire (c), Williams; Matic, Fred; Greenwood, Mata, James; Martial.

Subs: Grant, Dalot, Jones, Andreas, Lingard, Chong, Rashford.

Wolves: Ruddy, Dendoncker, Coady, Saiss, Doherty, Neves, Moutinho, Jonny, Adama, Jimenez, Neto.

Subs: Patricio, Bennett, Kilman, Vinagre, Buur, Gibbs-White, Ashley-Seal.
