The Under-18 Premier League game between Manchester United and Sunderland on Saturday has been postponed.

The clash with the Black Cats' youngsters was due to kick off at 12:30 BST at Carrington.

As a mark of respect following the passing of Her Majesty, The Queen, the home match will be rearranged for a later date.

Premier League 2 match postponed

The Under-21s' home clash with Leicester City has been called off.

All Academy Games Programme fixtures, from Under-9s through to Under-21s, are now off and the Under-9 Welcome Festival and Under-16 national qualifiers will also not go ahead as planned.

However, all Professional Development Phase fixtures scheduled for Monday 12 September will take place.

The confirmation of the postponement follows the announcements regarding the Under-21s' Premier League 2 clash with Leicester City on Friday night, the Women's Super League opener at Tottenham and the first-team game at Crystal Palace.

The next game in the Under-18s' schedule, at present, is next Saturday's trip to Stoke City, with an 11:00 BST kick-off.
