Here’s all the information you need ahead of clash with our rivals from across the Pennines…

HOW TO WATCH

The game will be broadcast live on MUTV, with kick-off scheduled for 11:00 GMT.

It is the only fixture being shown on the official channel this weekend, due to the Under-23s’ match on Friday night clashing with live Premier League action.

There will be no United Women action shown on MUTV this week either, as Marc Skinner’s side do not have a fixture but continue to prepare for the historic clash against Everton at Old Trafford on 27 March. Tickets are still available.

In addition to Saturday’s live broadcast, you can keep up to date with the Under-18s via the Manchester United App and on our website.

FORM GUIDE

United Under-18s come into this match off the back of an impressive comeback in the 5-5 draw away to Liverpool last weekend.

The young Reds responded from a 4-1 deficit to earn a point late on against a Liverpool side that sits second in the Under-18 Premier League table.

This result followed up the Under-18s' FA Youth Cup semi-final win over Wolves, as Binnion’s boys reached the club's first final in the competition since 2011.

Meanwhile, Leeds travel to Manchester after recording a high-scoring draw of their own, playing out an exciting 4-4 result at home to Nottingham Forest last Saturday.

The visitors are unbeaten in four in the Under-18 Premier League and vying for a place in the top four with a win this weekend.

HEAD-TO-HEAD

United have won each of the last four previous meetings between the two sides, with three coming in the Under-18 Premier League, and also eliminating the Yorkshire side in the 2020 FA Youth Cup.

Across these fixtures, 14 goals have been scored, while only two of these were claimed by Saturday’s visitors.
