United Women learn League Cup dates
Manchester United Women now know when our 2024-25 League Cup group-stage fixtures will take place.
The Reds were drawn in Group A, alongside fellow Barclays Women's Super League sides Liverpool and Everton, as well as Championship newbies Newcastle United.
Our group-stage fixtures have now been allocated dates and kick-off times, with Marc Skinner's side facing one away trip and two matches at Leigh Sports Village.
Toone's mountainous mentality
ArticleAs Ella celebrates her 25th birthday, her commitment to the cause is never in question.
First up for United is a midweek clash against Liverpool, under the lights at LSV. Kick-off is set for 19:00 BST on Wednesday 2 October.
Then, on Friday 22 November, we take on Everton at Walton Hall Park, in a game which is also set to start at 19:00 GMT.
Newcastle travel to Manchester on Wednesday 11 December for another 19:00 GMT fixture at LSV. The Magpies visited the venue last season in the Women's FA Cup, where they were defeated 5-0, and also took on Skinner's team at Carrington during pre-season.
If Manchester City get eliminated from the UEFA Women's Champions League in round one or two, they will be drawn into either Group A or Group B. Therefore, extra group-stage matches will be scheduled for Gareth Taylor's side, which could include United.
These matches would be played on 16/17 October 2024 and 13/14 November.
