Tuesday 23 May 2023 10:00

Manchester United's final-day trip to Liverpool in the Women's Super League will be shown live on TV in the UK.

The match on Merseyside is set to be broadcast, at it happens, from Prenton Park on BBC One.

It remains a 14:30 BST kick-off on this coming Saturday, 27 May, simultaneously getting under way at the same time as the other five fixtures in the division.

How United Women can still win the league

Lucia Garcia’s late derby winner means the destiny of the WSL title will be decided on the final day, this Saturday.

It promises to be an intriguing day of action, with United in the hunt to lift our first-ever WSL title.

Marc Skinner's side, who are currently in second place, need to win at Liverpool and hope for a favour from Reading, who host leaders Chelsea at the Madejski Stadium.

The Royals have their own incentive to get the victory, as they require the three points to stand any chance of climbing off the foot of the table and avoiding relegation.

That game will be shown live on Sky Sports.
