Manchester United's side to take on Chelsea in our penultimate home game of the season has been confirmed.

Ralf Rangnick has made one change to the XI that started against Arsenal last time out, with Marcus Rashford replacing Jadon Sancho, who is sidelined with tonsillitis.

The Reds are without the likes of Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw, Fred and Edinson Cavani, while Aaron Wan-Bissaka also did not make the squad after being a doubt, and Jesse Lingard is absent too.

As expected, there is plenty of Academy representation on the substitutes' bench.

Young Spanish full-back Alvaro Fernandez gets the nod in a Premier League matchday squad for the first time, while forward Alejandro Garnacho is also yet to make his debut.

United: De Gea; Dalot, Lindelof, Varane, Telles; McTominay, Matic; Elanga, Fernandes (c), Rashford; Ronaldo.

Substitutes: Henderson, Heaton, Bailly, Fernandez, Jones, Hannibal, Mata, Garnacho, Shoretire.

Chelsea: Mendy; Azpilicueta (c), Thiago Silva, Rudiger; James, Jorginho, Kante, Alonso; Mount, Havertz, Werner.

Substitutes: Kepa, Chalobah, Sarr, Loftus-Cheek, Saul, Kenedy, Pulisic, Ziyech, Lukaku.
