MUTV to show five live games in six days

Monday 18 November 2019 14:06

MUTV will exclusively show five live Manchester United games in just six days, starting this Thursday.

It all kicks off on MUTV when Casey Stoney’s Women’s team host Leicester City on 21 November. It is our third FA Women's Continental League Cup game this season and the Reds will be aiming to continue our 100 per cent record in the tournament after wins over Manchester City and Everton in our previous outings.

The match at Leigh Sports Village kicks off at 19:30 GMT and three points would be a massive boost in our attempts to qualify for the next round of the competition.

Last time out in the Conti Cup, the Reds beat Everton 3-0.
The following day, Neil Wood’s Under-23s are in action on MUTV, when we take on Sunderland’s youngsters at Old Trafford (kick-off at 19:00 GMT).

The Reds are enjoying a superb campaign in Premier League 2 and are second in the Division 2 table, having won eight of our 10 league matches this season.

Next up, it’s an Under-18 clash between United and Brighton and Hove Albion on 23 November. Neil Ryan’s young charges host the Seagulls in the Under-18 Premier League Cup, with the game beginning at 11:00 GMT at the Aon Training Complex.

We’re unbeaten in the last five at this level and overcame Manchester City 2-1 in our most recent fixture.

Just over 24 hours later and again United v Brighton is live on MUTV, yet this time, it’s our Women’s side in action.

It will be our first home league game since the 2-0 victory over Reading at the end of October and kick-off will be at 12:00 GMT.

After the WSL encounter at Leigh Sports Village, MUTV is the only place for exclusive pre and post-match coverage of our first team’s Premier League clash with Sheffield United, later that afternoon.

To round off our live feast of football, United’s Under-18s face a final group game of the Under-18 Premier League Cup when we travel to the West Midlands to take on West Bromwich Albion on 26 November.

Kick-off at the WBA Training Ground is set for 12:30 GMT.

Our Under-18s beat Manchester City last time out.
