Fixture news: Newcastle game switched
Manchester United's Premier League game with Newcastle United has been moved for live television coverage.
Our opening fixture in December will still take place on the second of the month but is now set to be a Saturday night fixture, kicking off at 20:00 GMT.
The Tyneside tussle will be shown live on TNT Sports in the UK.
Part one: Press conference v Sheffield United
Press conference | Erik ten Hag is asked about the club's future, Jadon Sancho, Andre Onana and more...
The St James' Park clash could not be played in the lunchtime slot because of our UEFA Champions League fixture with Galatasaray, in Turkey, on Wednesday.
In last season's visit to the north east, we lost 2-0 in April, soon after beating Eddie Howe's men by the same scoreline at Wembley in the Carabao Cup final.
Of course, the two teams meet before our first league contest of the campaign, as we look to continue our defence of that trophy, against the Magpies, at Old Trafford on Wednesday 1 November.
