Which milestone can Scott reach at Watford?

Manchester United midfielder Scott McTominay has played 99 Premier League matches and could make it a century when we face Watford at Vicarage Road on Saturday.

Our no.39 has been one of the Reds' most consistent performers in recent seasons and the Academy graduate can reach a very impressive milestone this weekend as he can hit the league ton for United against the Hornets.

In the 99 matches he has played so far, the hard-working box-to-box midfielder has showcased his tenacity in defence and also helped the team going forward, scoring 10 times and assisting twice.

The midfielder recently pulled out of the Scotland national team squad due to illness.

McTominay has racked up 145 appearances in total for the club, including 15 in the Champions League, 13 in the Europa League, 12 in the Emirates FA Cup and six in the Carabao Cup.

In total, the 24-year-old has scored 14 times for United and set his team-mates up for goals three times.

The Scotland international, who unfortunately had to withdraw from the recent national team camp, has had some great moments against Saturday’s opponents in the past.

Back in January, when we faced the Hornets in the FA Cup, the Academy graduate led the team out as captain for the first time at Old Trafford.

On what was a special moment for the United fan and player, he also marked the occasion by scoring the only goal in a 1-0 win. The header following a corner was enough to send Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s team through to the next round of the cup.

Scott published a fitness update on his Instagram profile saying he has recovered well from the illness that ruled him out for Scotland's recent World Cup qualifiers.

Ole will provide us with the latest team news ahead of our trip to Vicarage Road in Friday’s pre-match press conference, which you can follow from 13:30 GMT on MUTV, ManUtd.com and the Official App.
