Revealed: Squad numbers for United Women signings
The squad numbers for new Manchester United Women signings Tobin Heath and Christen Press have been revealed.
The capture of the World Cup-winning pair, subject to obtaining a work permit, was announced on Wednesday.
They are the latest additions to Casey Stoney's side for the 2020/21 WSL season, which began on Sunday with a 1-1 draw at home to champions Chelsea and continues this weekend when they travel to Birmingham City.
It can now be confirmed that winger Heath - who lifted the biggest prize in women's international football with the US Women's National Team in 2015 and 2019 - will wear no.77 for her new side.
Meanwhile, team-mate Press, who was also involved in each of those two World Cup triumphs, will take the no.24 jersey.
Heath and Press are the fourth and fifth signings the Women have made in this transfer window, which is due to close on Thursday 10 September (today).
Casey Stoney has also added England midfielder Lucy Staniforth to her squad, while Spanish full-back Ona Batlle and young German forward Ivana Fuso were also snapped up in July.
