What’s happening at United this week?

Manchester United take a break from Premier League action this week, with a Europa League quarter-final second leg and an FA Cup semi-final to come.

The Reds face Sevilla away from home on Thursday evening, before battling it out with Brighton at Wembley on Sunday, looking to make it to our second domestic final of the season.

In addition to those outings for Erik ten Hag's side, our Under-21s and Under-18s each have two games this week, while United Women will contest a crucial WSL clash with Arsenal at Leigh Sports Village on Wednesday.

With a whopping seven matches to come, here you can find out everything that awaits at the club across the next seven days…

MONDAY

We begin the week by continuing to react to Sunday’s 2-0 triumph over Nottingham Forest, with 90 in 20 and Full 90 versions of highlights, and match features.

The Under-21s are in action at 19:00 BST, facing Leicester away. This match is not being shown live on MUTV, but updates will be available in the United App. A report will be published across our platforms after the full-time whistle, with highlights to follow later on.

TUESDAY

Focus turns to our Europa League quarter-final second-leg trip to Sevilla, with an in-depth match preview and the early team news, looking at how both sides are shaping up for the all-important encounter.

You will be able to watch a brand-new episode of The Debate, in which former Reds and journalists discuss key talking points from the weekend, and ahead of the matches coming up. 

There's live action on Tuesday too, with our Under-18s facing Leeds at Carrington (19:00 BST). This match will be broadcast live on MUTV, with coverage beginning at 18:45 BST. Updates will also be posted in our app, with a report and images to follow across our platforms following the match. Highlights will be available later on.

WEDNESDAY

The Reds travel to Seville ahead of Thursday’s big European tie, but before then, the team will train at Carrington. You will be able to see coverage of the session across our channels.

Then, upon arrival in Spain, Erik will be joined by a member of his squad for the pre-match press conference. The media briefing will be streamed on ManUtd.com, MUTV and in the United App, and the details of the conference – including the player who will join the boss - will be confirmed ahead of the event.

In the evening, United Women have a vital WSL clash in the title race against Arsenal, with Marc Skinner’s side hosting the Gunners at Leigh Sports Village.

The 19:15 BST kick-off will be shown on BBC Three and on BBC iPlayer in the UK, with pre-match build-up and post-match reaction available in the United App and on ManUtd.com. Live radio commentary will be available throughout the 90 minutes.

The Reds beat Brighton 3-2 in a tight game at Leigh Sports Village to reach the Women's FA Cup final for the first time.

THURSDAY

You will be able to find reaction to United Women's latest big clash across our platforms on Thursday. 

In the morning, you will also be able to hear from Erik in his customary Matchday Q&A, before our men's team's next test. United take on Sevilla at Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan Stadium for a place in the Europa League semi-finals, with the tie poised at 2-2 on aggregate, following the first leg at Old Trafford. Our Match Day Live show will begin on MUTV at 18:55 BST, where we will bring you pre-match opinion and post-match analysis. Kick-off is set for 20:00 BST and radio commentary will follow for the 90 minutes.

FRIDAY

Highlights from our clash with Sevilla will be available, as well as further reaction.

Attention then turns to Sunday’s FA Cup semi-final, with previews of our match against Brighton, along with Erik’s pre-match press conference. Ten Hag’s briefing will be available to watch and read about across our official platforms.

Amid the action-packed schedule, we will also find time to reflect on Erik’s impact at the club, with 21 April marking one year since he was announced as our new manager.

Both our Under-18s and the Under-21s are in action, with the Under-18s’ match against Middlesbrough taking place at 13:00 BST, live on MUTV.

The Under-21s’ evening fixture against Brighton (19:00 BST) will not be broadcasted, but our usual in-app coverage will follow the game, with a report following after the final whistle. Highlights from both matches will be published later on.

Extended highlights of Thursday’s clash with Sevilla will be released.

SUNDAY

Prior to our FA Cup semi-final, Ten Hag’s Matchday Q&A will drop in the morning.

Build-up to the fixture against Brighton continues, with our Match Day Live show starting at 15:25 BST ahead of the 16:30 BST kick-off.
