Friday 02 December 2022 14:02

Manchester United's Emirates FA Cup tie with Everton has been scheduled for the new year.

The third-round clash at Old Trafford will take place on Friday 6 January, kicking off at 20:00 GMT.

ITV have the UK rights to the live television broadcast, which represents Erik ten Hag's first game in the competition since taking charge in the close season.

The Reds have already beaten the Toffees this season, securing a 2-1 triumph at Goodison Park in October, thanks to goals from Antony and Cristiano Ronaldo.

We are due to meet the Merseysiders again in April, in the home Premier League fixture.

The other televised cup encounters have also been confirmed for one of the biggest weekends in the English footballing calendar.

Our next action, of course, takes place out in Spain with friendlies against Cadiz and Real Betis lined up for those not involved at the World Cup.

The friendly matches will be shown live on MUTV, which can be accessed via the Man Utd app on the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, on ManUtd.com or via the following connected TV platforms; Samsung Smart TVs, Android TV, LG Smart TVs, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Roku TV and Xbox.
