Tickets & Hospitality
The 2020/21 Premier League is underway, however, we are currently unable to go on sale with match tickets. We are working with the Premier League and relevant authorities to welcome fans back to Old Trafford when it is safe to do so and we will communicate the plans for this as soon as this information is confirmed. Read the full statement on the home page.
As and when we can make standard home match tickets available to supporters, they will be sold exclusively to Official Members – join now and be first to know when tickets go on sale through our Official Member e-Newsletters.
All supporters can also sign-up to our Ticket Alert emails by visiting manutd.com/ticketalert to receive ticketing information when available.
CORONAVIRUS: INFORMATION FOR FANS AND VISITORS
Manchester United is committed to keeping our fans informed about the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) on the club, and the steps being taken in response to the pandemic. The following information is being regularly updated as the situation evolves.
Manchester United notes the government decision to keep Trafford in the Tier 3 category of COVID-19 restrictions. This means games at Old Trafford will continue to take place behind closed doors until further notice.
Our plans for safely welcoming back fans to Old Trafford are well advanced and we look forward to doing so as soon as we are given the go ahead. We will continue to work with local authorities on finalising our plans so that we can move quickly when our area comes out of Tier 3.
Some of our forthcoming away games in Tier 2 areas may take place with a limited number of fans in attendance. However, under current guidelines, away fans will not be permitted to attend.
The Red Café and Museum at Old Trafford also remain closed with staff on stand-by to re-open as soon as local restrictions allow.
We thank our fans for their continued patience and will keep them informed of further developments.
In recognition that the remaining games of the 2019-20 were played behind closed doors, Manchester United offered season ticket holders either a pro-rata rebate against their season tickets for the 2020/21 season, or a pro-rata cash refund based on the number of games. This rebate or refund also applied to supporters who paid in advance for general admission tickets or Matchday VIP packages for the games impacted. A rebate was also offered to seasonal Executive Club members.
The club has directly contacted all fans who were impacted to provide further information on how the rebates, refunds and renewals have been administered.
SEASON TICKET RENEWALS
The Season Ticket renewal deadline, initially 1 May, has been suspended. This will be continuously reviewed and a new deadline will be put in place in due course. The club commits to giving as much notice of the revised renewal deadline as possible given the evolving situation.
The Manchester United Megastore, Museum & Stadium Tour and the Red Café currently remain closed. We sincerely regret any disappointment this may cause. We will provide further information when we have a timetable for reopening.
Our Ticketing & Membership Services Office is temporarily closed. Our Contact Centre will be available for supporters to call between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. During this time, our online ticketing platform manutd.com/tickets will remain available 24/7 where you can manage your account, make applications (if applicable), buy tickets and renew Season Tickets. Our 24 hour automated phone line will also remain available.
