Premier League confirms return date
CORONAVIRUS: INFORMATION FOR FANS AND VISITORS
Manchester United is committed to keeping our fans informed about the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) on the club, and the steps being taken in response to the pandemic. The following information is being regularly updated as the situation evolves.
The Premier League has agreed to restart the season on 17 June, subject to various protocols to protect the health of players, staff and the public. Sadly, this includes the requirement that all matches for the remainder of the season will take place without fans in stadiums. Details of all subsequent fixtures can be found at manutd.com/fixtures.
In the interest of public health, we strongly encourage fans to stay away from any grounds where United are playing. We look forward to welcoming fans back to Old Trafford as soon as it is safe to do so.
In agreement with all Premier League clubs, this season's Academy programme has been curtailed from Under-23s to Under-9s. The club will continue to engage with the relevant authorities on what this decision means for the final placings in the competitions in which the Academy teams are involved, including the FA Youth Cup.
All remaining Women’s games have been cancelled following the decision by the FA Women’s Super League to end the 2019/20 season. Options to determine the most appropriate sporting outcome for the season will be considered by the FA Board.
Schedules for the 2020/21 season are still under discussion for all our teams and we will provide more information when decisions are made.
In recognition that any remaining games this season will take place behind closed doors, Manchester United has offered season ticket holders either a pro-rata rebate against their season tickets for next year, or a pro-rata cash refund based on the number of games still to be played. This rebate or refund also applies to supporters who have paid in advance for general admission tickets or Matchday VIP packages for the games impacted this season. A rebate has also been offered to seasonal Executive Club members.
The club has directly contacted all fans who are impacted to provide further information on how the rebates, refunds and renewals will be administered.
SEASON TICKET RENEWALS
The Season Ticket renewal deadline, initially 1 May, has been suspended. This will be continuously reviewed and a new deadline will be put in place once there is confirmation of the start date of the 20/21 season. The club commits to giving as much notice of the revised renewal deadline as possible given the evolving situation.
The Manchester United Megastore has reopened, with a series of measures in place to protect the health of visitors and staff. For details of those measures and opening times, please visit manutd.com/megastore
Based on the latest UK government advice, our Museum & Stadium Tour and the Red Café will be closed until at least 1 July. We sincerely regret any disappointment this will cause, but trust visitors will understand that the health of the public and our staff must take priority.
Bookings made through Manchester United for visits up until 1 July have been cancelled and refunded to the payment card originally used for payment. People who pre-booked with a third party should contact the vendor. Visitors with Museum & Stadium Tour bookings for after 1 July should watch for updates to this information.
Our Ticketing & Membership Services Front Office is temporarily closed. Our Contact Centre will be available for supporters to call between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. During this time, our online ticketing platform manutd.com/tickets will remain available 24/7 where you can manage your account, make applications (if applicable), buy tickets and renew Season Tickets. Our 24 hour automated phone line will also remain available.

UEFA WOMEN’S EURO
Old Trafford had been announced to be the host venue for the opening match in the UEFA Women’s EURO, originally scheduled to be held in the summer of 2021. UEFA have now confirmed that the tournament will be postponed until 2022.
We remain excited to be involved in the rescheduled tournament and will discuss with UEFA and The FA once the fixture schedules are known.

The team at Soccer Aid has decided to postpone the event, originally scheduled for Saturday 6 June, until later in the year. Fans should be reassured that they are working hard to find a new date. Please be aware that all tickets and car parking will remain valid for the rescheduled game, and we will advise of a new date as soon as this is confirmed. When further information is available, you’ll find the relevant updates at manutd.com/socceraid.
