Ticket Information
United has been allocated 2,500 tickets for this fixture including amenity tickets and wheelchair tickets.
There is no ticket collection in operation for this game. All tickets will be issued as a PDF via email; please save your tickets to your mobile device to gain entry at the stadium.
Make sure to have sufficient phone battery on the day; duplicates will not be issued and there will be no onsite ticket office facility to print tickets.
Please note supporters will be required to show photo ID in addition to ticket checks on match day.

At the stadium
Turnstiles open 2 hours before kick-off and supporters are obliged to adhere to the visitor guidelines below.
GENERAL ADMISSION
Away supporters will be located in Sectors 321-324 for this fixture.
Upon arrival, supporters will enter the stadium at the corner of Luis Brinas / Felippe Serrate Kalea via Gates 21 and 22 (ground level).
Ticket and photo ID checks will take place at the entrance and full body searches at the away turnstiles.
There will be 8 away turnstiles and 2 flights of stairs to supporter seating.
Please note, there are no lifts available for ambulant supporters.
Pyro/drug dogs will be situated at away turnstiles.
Toilets and refreshments are available at the rear of the away section. Alcohol will not be available to purchase at this fixture.
Contactless and cash payments in Euros only.
We anticipate a post-match hold back of approximately 30 minutes with access to facilities.
Stadium messages will be transmitted in English.
Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not permitted.
Power banks are permitted.
ACCESSIBILITY
Wheelchair users will be located within the home family sector for this fixture.
Entry is at ground level via Gates 21 and 22 (sector 120).
Disabled toilets and low counter kiosks are located on the concourse.
STADIUM REGULATIONS
- You must have a valid match ticket to enter the stadium.
- Photo IDs must be shown in addition to your ticket (this can be a copy on your phone).
- Security checks will be carried out at all entrances.
- Food and drink from outside the ground is not permitted.
- Flags and banners less than 3x2m long are permitted but must not impede supporter view of the pitch.
- Larger banners must be pre-authorised and banners over 6m must have a fire certificate.
- Power
banks are permitted.

GETTING TO THE STADIUM
Bilbao is a walking city with everything within close proximity to the centre and the stadium.
Basque police recommend walking to the stadium as roads get very busy and will close to traffic three hours before kick-off.
Wheelchair users are advised to travel by tram to San Mames metro station or by taxi to the stadium close to Gates 21/22.
FAN MEETING POINT
The suggested meeting point for United supporters is CALLE IPARRAGUIRRE. There are numerous bars and restaurants in this area: Calle Henao, Ajuriaguerra and Heros.
At 6pm, supporters will walk from Calle Iparraguirre to the stadium (approximately 20-30 minutes).

TRAVEL ADVICE
Please note, this fixture takes place over two bank holidays in Spain. The Consulate will be closed on 1 and 2 May. In the event of an emergency, supporters can still contact the Consulate but Emergency Travel documents will not be issued until the next working day, 5 May.
