Ticket Information
United has been allocated 2,800 tickets for this fixture including amenity tickets and wheelchair tickets.
There is no ticket collection in operation for this game. All tickets will be issued as a PDF via email; please save your tickets to your mobile device to gain entry at the stadium.
Make sure to have sufficient phone battery on the day; duplicates will not be issued and there will be no onsite ticket office facility to print tickets.
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Supporters are required to fill in a European Travel Form detailing travel plans, time of arrival in Lyon, France, and any accommodation details.

WRISTBANDS & SHUTTLE BUSES
IMPORTANT
Following instruction from local authorities in Lyon, all United supporters will be required to collect a wristband from Eurexpo Conference Centre and board shuttle buses to and from Groupama stadium.
We appreciate and apologise for the significant inconvenience this will cause to some of your plans. Please be assured the club has fought hard to reduce impact on travelling fans – which originally involved two collection points situated across the city centre. However, we must relay the strong advice of the host country security and police forces and ask you comply with their request.
- Supporters will receive a stadium wristband on presentation of their ticket at Eurexpo.
- Wristbands will be available for collection from 5pm until 8pm on match day.
- After receiving a wristband, United supporters are to take official supporter "Shuttle 1 Stadium" buses from Eurexpo directly to the Groupama stadium.
- Only supporters arriving via the official supporter "Shuttle 1 Stadium" bus will be granted access to the away fan section.
- Supporters will be required to show a wristband and match ticket to gain entry into the stadium.
FURTHER INFORMATION
- Supporters will be transported to/from Eurexpo and Groupama Stadium both pre- and post-match.
- The departure/return drop-off point for the shuttle buses is Eurexpo Conference Centre only.
Address: Eurexpo Visitors North – Boulevard de l'Europe, 69680 Chassieu or type "Entrée Visiteurs Nord" into Waze. - The first bus will depart at 5.50pm and the last bus will leave at 8pm.
- The expected journey time to/from the stadium is 15 minutes.
- Turnstiles will open when the first supporter bus arrives at the stadium.
- Stadium beer bars will also be open for the arrival of the first bus for supporters to grab a drink and bite to eat pre-game.
- Ticket checks and bag and body searches will be conducted by official security officers.
- Once the buses have left, they will NOT return to collect fans that have arrived late to the departure point.
POST-MATCH
Post-match, we anticipate a hold-back of 60 minutes, after which United supporters will take shuttles buses back to Eurexpo. Please head to the visitors' parking section of the stadium to board return coaches.
At Eurexpo, public transport is available back to the city centre until 12.40AM. After this time, direct shuttle buses will be arranged between Eurexpo and the city centre (Place Bellecour).

ACCESSIBILITY
Wheelchair users are not required to collect a wristband from Eurexpo Conference Centre. Please use tram T7 to access the stadium and report to the away section on arrival for a ticket check. Stadium stewards will escort wheelchair users to accessible seating in block 021.
Post-match, wheelchair users can take tram shuttles from the stadium forecourt and the metro line A back to the city centre.
Any further information or changes to departure times will be communicated via our Matchday X account and WhatsApp group.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
From Lyon city centre, supporters can use public transport (TCL) to/from the Eurexpo Conference Centre. All public transportation will be available pre- and post-match.
- Take the Metro from Bellecour to Grange Blanche (9 minutes)
- Then take the T5 Tram from Grange Blanche to Eurexpo Entrée Princ (20 minutes)
POST-MATCH: Upon return to Eurexpo, the last tram departure is 12.40 AM. After this time, direct shuttle buses will be provided between Eurexpo and the city centre (Place Bellecour).

At the stadium
Turnstiles will open when the first supporter shuttle bus arrives at the stadium.
GENERAL ADMISSION
Supporters will arrive at the south of the stadium via shuttle buses from Eurexpo Conference Centre.
General admission tickets are located in East Stand upper tiers (blocks 428-431).
Entry to the stadium is at ground level and all supporters will undergo soft ticket checks followed by body searches. Pyro/drug dogs will also be situated at away turnstiles.
Once through the turnstiles, there are 6 flights of stairs to supporter seating.
Lifts are available for ambulant supporters, assisted by Olympique Lyonnais accessibility staff.
Please note, it is a relatively steep seating area. A Perspex screen will be in front of supporters in addition to netting above the away section.
FACILITIES
Toilets and refreshments (including alcohol) are available at the rear of the away section.
Contactless payments and cash payments in Euros only.
We anticipate a post-match hold back of approximately 60 minutes with access to facilities.
Stadium messages will be transmitted in English.
Smoking and e-cigarettes are permitted in designated areas only.
ACCESSIBILITY
Wheelchair users will be located within the home family section on ground level (block 021) and entry is via Door T, accompanied by stewards.
No MUFC shirts or colours are permitted in this area.
Disabled toilets are located on the concourse.
STADIUM REGULATIONS
- You must have a valid match ticket to enter the stadium.
- Security checks will be carried out at all entrances.
- Food and drink from outside the ground is not permitted.
- Only bags measuring 30 cm x 20 cm (A4 size) will be allowed into the area after security checks.
- Free storage lockers are located in the away parking lot.
- Flags and banners less than 3x2m long are permitted but must not impede supporter view of the pitch.
- Larger banners must be pre-authorised.
- Power banks are not permitted.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The objects listed below are prohibited in the stadium:
Pyrotechnic articles and explosive materials, laser pointers, rigid poles, bundles of flags, bottles, glasses, backpacks, large bags (hiking bag, sports bag, suitcase), cans, weapons, tools, vuvuzelas, animals (except guide dogs for the blind or motor skills assistants), helmets, safety shoes, external batteries, cameras, equipment/media intended to be viewed by third parties for political, ideological, philosophical or commercial purposes.
