TICKET INFORMATION
All tickets will be issued in the UEFA Mobile Tickets app.
Please download and save your tickets to your mobile device to gain entry at the stadium.
Open the app to activate your ticket; this will appear in red, yellow or blue.
Make sure to have sufficient phone battery on the day; there will be no onsite ticket office facility to print tickets.
Ticket screenshots will not be accepted.
Please note supporters will be required to carry valid, original photo ID on match day. Accepted IDs: passports, national ID cards and driving licences.

Supporter flags
If you intend to bring a flag larger than 2m x 1.5m into San Mamés Stadium, please send a photo and corresponding fire certificate for each flag to slo@manutd.co.uk.
This information will be shared with UEFA for approval. The deadline to submit your flag details is 5pm (BST) on Monday 19 May.
Subject to approval, you must bring a copy of the fire certificate with you on matchday. You will not be able to bring your flag into the stadium without this.

OFFICIAL FAN ZONE
United supporters are making incredible journeys to show their support for the team in Bilbao.
On matchday, we have your pre-game destination sorted with an official Manchester United fan zone.
Open from 11:00 until 18:00, we’ll have beer (5EUR), food, live music acts, United legends, MUTV, giveaways and more.
Location: Etxebarria Parkea (open in maps)
Time: 11:00 - 18:00 and post-match
Entry: FREE
From 18:00 all supporters are encouraged to make their way to the stadium for pre-game build up.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Travelling via charter flight? The official fan zone is the drop-off/collection point for supporter coaches to/from Santander airport.
Post-match: the fan zone will re-open post-game (including food and drink) for supporters to meet up or await return transportation.
Bag deposit lockers will be situated at the official fan zone for bags larger than A4 (6 Euro).
Phone charging facilities will be available within the park (free of charge).
GETTING TO THE STADIUM
Bilbao is a walking city with everything within close proximity to the centre and the stadium.
United supporters are requested to use the RED ROUTE (as shown on your ticket) to enter the stadium.

FROM THE FAN MEETING POINT (35 minute walk)
Follow the path down towards Ernesto Erkoreka Plaza / Nervión river.
Cross the Udaletxeko Zubia (bridge)
Take a right and follow the pathway next to the river and continue past landmarks such as the Guggenheim Museum and Zubizuri Zubia.
As you approach the stadium, follow the red route signs and you will begin your security and ticket checks.
FROM THE CITY CENTRE
You must approach the stadium using Gran Vía, Rodríguez Arias or Poza Lizentziatuaren streets as you can only use the red route to begin ticket and security checks.
ACCESSIBLE SUPPORTERS
Wheelchair users are advised to travel by Metro/tram to San Mamés metro station.
At the stadium
Turnstiles open 3 hours before kick-off and supporters are obliged to adhere to the visitor guidelines below.
Please note, if you have previously attended San Mamés stadium, keep in mind that it may operate differently for the UEFA Europa League final 2025 and rules may be different from what you are used to.
GENERAL ADMISSION
Upon arrival, supporters will enter the stadium via Gates 07 through to 15 (ground level).
Ticket and photo ID checks will take place outside the stadium and at turnstiles.
Please note, lower tier seats are safe-standing.
Toilets and refreshments are available on concourses.
Alcohol will not be available to purchase at this fixture, as per Spanish law.
Contactless and cash payments in Euros only.
Smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes are not permitted.
Power banks no larger than your phone are permitted.
ACCESSIBILITY
Entry is at ground level.
Please note, there are no lifts available for ambulant supporters.
Disabled toilets and low counter kiosks are located on the concourse.
STADIUM REGULATIONS
You must have a valid match ticket to enter the stadium.

Security checks will be carried out at all entrances.
Food and drink from outside the ground is not permitted.
Umbrellas (of any kind) cannot be brought into the stadium.
Flags and banners less than 2m x1.5m long are permitted but must not impede supporter view of the pitch.
Flags larger than 2m x 1.5m must be pre-authorised.
Power banks no larger than your phone are permitted.

Post-match
Make sure to allow additional time when leaving the stadium and factor this into your return journey plans.
The fan zone at Etxebarria Parkea will re-open for supporters to await their return travel and food and drink will be available to buy.
SUPPORTERS ON CHARTER FLIGHTS
Dedicated buses to Santander airport for return flights will depart the Manchester United fan zone. More information on bus operations will be made available through a dedicated website and communicated at the fan zone.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Metro services will be extended until 03:00 to help supporters with their onward journey after the match.
