Purpose of the Fans' Forum
The Fans’ Forum offers an opportunity for key supporter representatives to meet with senior club officials to discuss issues relevant to match-going fans, with the view to suggesting and implementing positive change. The scope of the Fans’ Forum is wide and varied, previous improvements for match-going fans instigated by the Fans’ Forum have included:

Representative Responsibilities
Understanding of issues that face match-going and non-match-going fans (including ticketing, membership, travel, catering, stadium facilities, matchday experience, fan digital experience, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability, community and social responsibility).
The ability to raise points for discussion in these meetings and make constructive recommendations that will lead to the implementation of positive change.
Ability to have a reasoned discussion about issues that face fans, while listening to and understanding the position of the club and any restrictions placed upon it in line with participation of certain competitions etc.
Develop good communication with supporters within constituent supporter groups, enabling them to raise issues/feedback as they know it will be escalated in the appropriate way.
Willingness to receive emails from supporters via a dedicated email address/portal on manutd.com and to raise any relevant questions for discussions in future.
Commitment to attending four Fans’ Forum meetings per season. Provision for international representatives to participate in meetings remotely when they are not able to attend in person.
Agreement to uphold the integrity and values of the club in the meeting and on social media, respecting diversity and inclusion at all times.
