A left-sided player equally comfortable in attack or defence, Fridolina Rolfo has a century of caps for Sweden and is a two-time Champions League winner.

Her CV boasts some of Europe's top clubs, including stints with Bayern Munich, Wolfsburg and Barcelona – collecting nine major trophies with the latter – before securing her move to United.

That European experience shone through in Frido's first term with the Reds, as she appeared in all but two of our games in the run to the UEFA Women's Champions League quarter-finals.
