Welcome to your Executive Club Members' Area, a hub where you can find everything you need to make the most of your Executive Club Membership this season.

Your Executive Club benefits

*Please note if you hold two or more Executive Club tickets, there is a maximum of two entries into every away ballot. **Please log into the United Store with the same credentials linked to your Executive Club online account, all products eligible for 10% discount will display a discount badge. Executive Club Events You will also receive complimentary tickets to Executive Club events. Events and number of invitations are subject to availability as well as your Executive Club Member level.

Old Trafford offers a wide range of meeting and event facilities that are available on non-match days. From conferences to gala dinners and awards ceremonies, United Events has a variety of spaces and a dedicated event planning team to accommodate your every need which you can contact on united.events@manutd.co.uk. Executive Club members receive an exclusive 10% discount on United Events spaces.

Box holders are entitled to seasonal car parking, one space is allocated per box. For Executive Club Members in The Gallery or Centennial Club, car parking is included within the cost of your facility, with one space per four Executive Club seats allocated. Seasonal parking has sold out for this season, however limited spaces are available for purchase on a match-by-match basis. Explore car parking options for more details.

Your online account

To log in to your ticketing account, go to tickets.manutd.com then 'My Account' in the top right corner. From there, log in using your email address and password that you set up when you created your account, if you have forgotten your password simply select 'Forgot password?' and change it using the steps provided. You will also need the Manchester United app downloaded on your phone to access your Executive Club tickets. Use the same details as above to log in to the app and then your tickets will be accessible in the 'Tickets' tab (bottom right in the navigation bar), then select 'View My Tickets'. If you are still having any issues accessing your account, please contact the Exec Support team on executive.support@manutd.co.uk or by calling 0161 676 7770.

1. Log out of any existing accounts by visiting login.manutd.com/sign-out and selecting ‘Yes’. 2. Go to tickets.manutd.com and click on ‘My Account’ at the top right of the webpage. 3. Click on ‘Forgot your password?’ 4. Enter your Membership number and date of birth (not your email address) and an email will be sent automatically to the Primary Account Holder. Follow the instructions in this email to create a new password. Please note: the Primary Account Holder will need to send the reset password link to you from the link sent to their email address. Once you’ve set up your new password, visit tickets.manutd.com and click on 'My Account' where you will be automatically logged in.

A lot of error messages can be resolved by logging out of the app/website, and logging back in. If this doesn’t work, please send a screenshot of your error message to executive.support@manutd.co.uk, along with a description of what happened.

If they log in to tickets.manutd.com rather than the app, their Supporter ID will be visible in the top right corner if they hover over their initials.

Digital ticketing

You can forward and download your match tickets via the ‘My Tickets’ section of the app. You can also manage and forward the tickets from our website. Click here for everything you need to know about NFC tickets.

You can forward multiple tickets to the same person/account. In order to receive a forwarded ticket, you need to have a Manchester United account. These are completely free and can be set up at tickets.manutd.com. Once they have the account set up, it needs to be linked to yours so that tickets can be easily forwarded to them. Please ask your guest if they have an account before creating a new one as having duplicate accounts can cause ticketing issues, if they are not sure whether they have one or not, we can search for you. Please see our handy pdf here for a step by step guide on linking accounts and forwarding tickets via the app.

No, to be forwarded an Executive Club ticket, guests only need a Manchester United account which they can create at tickets.manutd.com for free. This will assign them a Supporter ID that can be used during the forwarding process.

Anyone who has a Manchester United account can be forwarded multiple tickets. You have a responsibility to ensure the guests you invite adhere to the code of conduct. If they don't it can result in suspension. Any away fans must not wear away colours and must behave appropriately.

Executive Club Members can benefit from a 20% discount on Matchday Hospitality packages, you can browse our packages here. Please note: all Executive Club suites are sold on a seasonal basis, not match by match. It is not possible to purchase Matchday Hospitality in an Executive Club suite.

Dining

If you are in the Salford Suite or Manchester Suite, you have the option of purchasing grab and go food or you can book a sit-down meal in our Salford Grill (Salford Suite only) or Manchester Carvery (Manchester Suite only), subject to availability. There are also food and drink packages available. To book a table for a specific game: 1. Login to your account at tickets.manutd.com. 2. Visit https://tickets.manutd.com/en-GB/categories/executive-club-dining to book your matchday dining package. 3. Select your required fixture from the list available. 4. Choose the number of dining places required (maximum is equal to the number of Executive Club tickets you own in your suite; additional places without a ticket will not be refunded). 5. Enter corresponding dietary requirements and/or reasonable adjustments, if applicable. 6. Enter payment details and confirm your booking. 7. You do not need to forward the dining to the guest. 8. SMART Suites: The Gallery, 1878 Suite, The Heritage Club Ladies: dresses, skirts, trousers, shoes or boots. Gentlemen: trousers, shirts, shoes, or boots. Not permitted: sportswear, shorts, tracksuits, away colours, offensive t-shirts, distressed jeans. Please note: The dress code applies to children over 12. Jeans and trainers are permitted as long as they are smart in appearance. The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person not adhering to the dress code or wearing attire deemed inappropriate. SMART CASUAL Suites: 1999 Suite, Knights Lounge, Evolution, Manchester Suite VIP, Manchester Suite, Salford Suites, Sir Bobby Charlton Stand Suites, 1968 Suite, Captains Lounge, The Devils Bar, The United Road Bar, Manchester Suite. Sports Bars: 500 Club, 100 Club, The Academy, The Kit Room. Boxes: L3 Sir Alex Ferguson Stand Boxes, West Stand Boxes, East Stand Boxes - Formal, L7 Sir Alex Ferguson Stand Boxes, Centennial. Ladies: dresses, skirts, trousers, jeans, shoes or boots. Gentlemen: trousers, jeans, shirts, polo shirts, shoes or Chelsea boots. Not permitted: strictly no tracksuits, away colours or offensive t-shirts. Please note: The dress code applies to children over 12. The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed inappropriate.

Special dining requests, such as allergies or dietary requirements, should be emailed to executive.support@manutd.co.uk at least three working days before the match. We cannot guarantee we can accommodate any requests sent in after this. For Kosher meals we require at least seven working days notice.

If you have a special occasion or need to let us know about something other than a dietary requirement, please email executive.support@manutd.co.uk at least three working days before the match. Please note: we cannot guarantee to accommodate every special request.

Away games

All Executive Club members can apply for a maximum of two away tickets in each away ballot, unless you only have one Executive Club seat, in which case you can only apply for one away ticket per ballot. Each ballot is completely random and Executive Club members are not guaranteed to get any away tickets. 1. Ahead of the start of every season, Executive Club Members will be emailed with their nominee codes and instructions. Please make sure you have submitted all of your away nominees before applying in any ballots. 2. Log in to your online account at tickets.manutd.com. 3. Go to tickets.manutd.com/en-GB/categories/away-tickets to view available away games and ballot opening and closing dates. Ballot opening/closing dates are listed alongside European away fixture ticket allocation information. 4. Click "Apply" and carefully follow the on-screen instructions to complete your ballot application. Please ensure you are applying for however many applications you are eligible for under your own name and Supporter ID. It is only once you are successful that you need to assign each ticket to a supporter. 5. You will be notified of your ballot results by email on the day of the ballot. If you are successful, you cannot keep two tickets in your name. Please ensure all tickets are assigned to one of your away nominees before the deadline stated on the ballot result email. All Executive Club members will be sent one away nominee code for every Executive Club seat they have. For example, if you have four seats you will be given four away nominee codes. You can set anyone up as one of your away nominee's, they do not need to be a paid member or Season Ticket holder. However, before you can set up an away nominee, that person will need a free Manchester United account and be a linked account. Please see the 'digital ticketing' FAQ above for help with this. If you intend to attend away matches yourself, you will need to process one of the Away Nominee Memberships in your name. There will be a deadline to redeem your away nominees stated in the email sent with the codes on, please ensure it has been done before the deadline to avoid any issues later on in the season.

No there is no option to change your away nominees once they've been submitted.

Domestic away tickets can be forwarded to eligible Executive Club members, eligible Season Ticket holders and eligible Executive Club nominees. In order to forward your ticket, you will need to link your account with the recipients account. More information on this can be found above under the 'digital ticketing' FAQ. If you've been successful in an away ballot for two tickets, both will be assigned into your name. Even if you are attending yourself, you must forward at least one of these tickets as they cannot both be in your name for an away match.

The away ticket forwarding works the same away as home matches, so please see the above ticketing FAQs for more information on forwarding tickets. There will be a deadline to forward at least one of your tickets and if this deadline is not met, both tickets will be cancelled and refunded and you will not get them back. Even if both tickets appear in your app and you can download both, you still need to forward one of these tickets before the deadline. The only time you will not need to forward an away ticket, is if you apply for one ticket and are attending the match yourself. Anybody applying for two tickets will always need to forward at least one of them, but can forward both tickets to different supporters if you are not attending yourself.

Executive Club Members can purchase one ticket per Executive Club Membership based on relevant credits. To purchase additional tickets, supporters will need to have their own Official Membership for the current season and relevant credits.
