It’s really easy to download the Manchester United App from your smartphone or tablet device. If you’re using an iPhone, iPad or Apple device just head to the App Store. If you’re on an Android device, simply go to the Play Store.
The Manchester United App is now home to MUTV, where you can watch every pre-season tour game live, plus MU Women and Academy games live. You can also get live audio commentary of every first-team game as well as MUTV’s live pre-match and half-time shows, as well as post-match analysis, with exclusive interviews and insights from expert pundits.
Due to broadcasting rights we cannot show live Men's first team matches in the Premier League, or in European or domestic cup competitions during the season.
United Now is your first destination whether it's matchday or not – it's home to our unrivalled live in-game coverage and analysis from the manager, players, reporters and expert pundits. On non-matchdays it's where you'll find get breaking news, must-watch videos and much more to keep you entertained.
On Matchday our real-time data-driven Match Centre shows you everything from line-ups and formations to in-depth live player and team performance data. From United Now, tap the pitch icon (top right) or edge swipe right to left. In Match Centre you can find Line-ups for both teams, including formations, and our rich live match stats view:
• Influencers: see which players are making the biggest impact statistically, live as the action happens – with each player ranked by Opta's live scoring system and an overall influencer rating out of 100%.
• Head-to-Head: compare player stats side-by-side, for opponents and team-mates – tap on any player from the Influencers screen to view more detailed stats and compare them with other players on the pitch
• Team Stats & Momentum: see which team is dominating and how is the power shifting in real-time – plus you can delve into a comprehensive range of live team stats as the game unfolds
• Predictions: play and win with United Predictions – guess the line-up, correct score, first scorer and United's Man of the Match. Check back during and after the match to see how many points you scored.
If you want to relive an old match, simply go to Fixtures (swipe left to right from United Now or tap the calendar icon top left). Tap Matchday Review for match highlights, minute-by-minute commentary and analysis, line-ups and all the stats detailed above.
To log in to the app you need to register and create your My United profile – this is your personalised page for the Manchester United App and ManUtd.com. Visit the My United section in the main app menu bar, or on ManUtd.com go to the My United page from the menu.
If you’ve already logged in to the website, you can use the same login details to access your profile on the Manchester United App. If you logged in or subscribed to the old MUTV app or website, you can also use those same credentials to log in to the Manchester United App or on ManUtd.com.
To log out of the Manchester United App, go to My United, select Settings (the icon in the top left corner), select My Profile, then select Log out. Remember, there's lots of additional content and features exclusively available to fans who are logged in – like saving your United Predictions points – so stay logged in for the best experience.
The Manchester United App is free to download. To access MUTV and some of our most exclusive and original content (which can be accessed within the Manchester United App or via our website), you will need a subscription. For information on pricing, visit the MUTV section.
Each matchday you can predict four categories: the line-up, score, first scorer and Man of the Match, with points and incredible prizes up for grabs on a match, month and season basis. You can find United Predictions in ‘My United’. Simply select ‘United Predictions’, there you will see the next match, select ‘predict now’ and you will see each of our four predictions, this is where you can submit your predictions by selecting ‘Predict Now’ under each category.
Like all the best players, you have to turn up and perform each week! To keep a record of all your predictions, you need to be logged in. If you are not logged in when making your predictions, they will expire after 14 days.
Yes, you can! MUTV is now housed inside the Manchester United App, so you can watch directly in the MUTV section. MUTV is home to must-see content for all true United fans, with more behind-the-scenes content than ever before. Enjoy unmissable exclusive content, MUTV Originals, matchday coverage, podcasts, box sets and more - always on, so you never miss a thing.
Now the app is home to MUTV you can watch selected Manchester United Women's games live, directly in the app.
You’ll also find coverage of all our teams in United Now, your main newsfeed in the app, and you'll find more updates about the team in the News & Videos, Fixtures & Tables (select Women in the dropdown menu) and Players sections.
To make sure you always get the latest updates on the Women's team, make sure your app notifications are turned on. Head to My United > Settings > Notifications > United Now Alerts in the Manchester United App and turn on Women's Team notifications.
