A promising young goalkeeper signed from Southampton in January 2025.

Rendell made 134 appearances for the Saints, having been selected for her debut in 2018 after graduating from the club's academy. She won Southampton Women's Player of the Season award for 2022/23, the year after claiming the club's Goal of the Season prize, following her dramatic late equaliser against Ipswich Town in the FA Cup. Kayla was called up to the England senior squad for the first time in April 2024.
