Hospitality tickets are non-refundable as per the Matchday VIP Terms and Conditions
No. Until confirmed, approximately 6 weeks prior to the game; any fixture date can change due to how games are shown on television and participation in other competitions. If your chosen game date or time does change, we will email you confirming this. With this in mind, it is important that you do not finalise any travel arrangements until the date and kick-off time of the fixture is confirmed. The best way to keep up to date with all our fixtures is by regularly visiting www.manutd.com

Yes, but away supporters are requested to adhere to the dress code and cannot wear away team colours including scarfs. Away supporters must respect that all Matchday VIP seating is in the home end and must conduct themselves accordingly. The Club reserves the right to eject any guest that has been deemed to have acted inappropriately, in line with our Matchday VIP Terms and Conditions

No, Matchday VIP tickets are located in one specific seating block; bookings made online will automatically receive the ‘Best Available’ seats
Exact seat details will be shown on the digital ticket, this will be emailed to you approximately 7 days prior to the game
No, you do not need to provide names of guests who are attending on Matchday VIP tickets, you can simply forward on the digital tickets to the attendees.
General Matchday and Itinerary
You can book a tour at manutd.com/tickets. Tours do not operate on home matchdays.
There are a number of former players who work in our hospitality areas on a matchday, we cannot confirm which player will be in specific suites until the day of the game
All bags brought into the stadium will be searched. This process can take additional time for fans with bags entering the stadium. Therefore, we strongly encourage that supporters do not bring a bag with them on matchdays. However, we recognise there will be times when bringing a small bag is unavoidable. We will only permit bags smaller than 20cm x 15cm x 5cm (8" x 6" x 2"). We must stress that the Club reserves the right not to authorise any type of bag on any occasion. Suitcases, large items of luggage (including cabin bags), laptop bags and rucksacks are NOT permitted inside the stadium on matchdays, unless they contain essential medical or childcare items.
Any bags larger than 20cm x 15cm x 5cm (8" x 6" x 2") will need to be signed into our bag drop facilities located at the back of car parks E2, N2 and W2. There is a fee of £5.00 for using the secure bag drop cabin. All profits will go to the Manchester United Foundation.
This restricted bag policy also applies to the areas in the immediate vicinity of the stadium itself (including the forecourts and the tunnels under the stands). Bag Drop facilities have been conveniently located on E2 car park, N2 car park and the back of W2 car park.
Bag Drop facilities will be open from an hour prior to hospitality gates opening (i.e. 4 hours before kick-off), to up to two and a half hours after the final whistle.
On matchdays the Megastore is closed during the game and open 1 hour after the final whistle. Red Café, Museum Pre/Post Match and Lancashire Package CASUAL DRESS CODE: Strictly no away team colours or shorts. No attire displaying offensive language or imagery. The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed unsuitable. No. 7 at Old Trafford SMART CASUAL DRESS CODE: Strictly no shorts, sportswear including trainers or football shirts. Smart jeans are permitted. This dress code does not apply to children under 12. The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed unsuitable.

Unfortunately, due to the amount of requests we receive we cannot arrange a meet & greet with any players or coaching staff.
Unfortunately, again due to the amount of requests we receive we do not send out any individually signed shirts, photographs or autographs of the players, nor can these be purchased* The MU Foundation work closely with registered charities regarding signed merchandise. *Top tier fixtures booked within the No.7 at Old Trafford package will include 1 shirt, signed by 1 member of the first team (applies to Manchester City and Liverpool bookings only) per transaction.
At an additional cost, we can arrange a customised celebration cake for your guest and have this delivered to your group at a time of your choosing in the suite. You can also pre-purchase a bottle of Champagne to and have this delivered to your group at a time of your choosing in the suite. Another option is to request a table visit from a former player to wish your guest a happy birthday.
