Frequently Asked Questions

The club is committed to liaising with and listening to supporter feedback on matters that may impact fan experience; this will take the form of fan surveys, a series of focus groups and town hall sessions.
The insight from the fan consultation, along with other insights from other key areas such as local residents will be submitted to the stadium task force to help inform their feasibility study recommendations to the club. There is not a set date for a decision to be made, we want to ensure the thorough process is complete to ensure the right decision can be made.
We want to ensure fans are at the heart of this project. Fans will have an opportunity to submit their ideas and views to the club throughout the Old Trafford redevelopment process. In the first instance, supporters were invited to complete a fan survey and we have conducted fan-led focus groups and town hall sessions for supporters and local residents.
