How do I apply for away games?
- Make sure you have submitted your away game nominees. Please contact your account manager or the executive support team if you have not received the email with instructions.
- Log on to your online account at tickets.manutd.com.
- Go to tickets.manutd.com/en-GB/categories/away-tickets to view available away games.
Ballot opening/closing dates are listed alongside European away fixture ticket allocation information. - Click "Apply" and carefully follow the on-screen instructions to complete your application.
- Due to limited allocation, Executive Members are able to apply for a maximum of two tickets. Please note: If you have a single ticket, you are only eligible to apply for one away ticket.
- If you are successful in a ballot, you will be notified by email. Upon receipt, you will need to forward your tickets to the nominees who will be using them.
HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR EUROPEAN AWAY GAMES?
Executive Club Members can purchase one ticket per Executive Club Membership based on relevant credits.
To purchase additional tickets, supporters will need to have their own Official Membership for the current season and relevant credits. Please visit manutd.com/europeanaway for up-to-date information on European away game tickets.
HOW DO I REGISTER MY AWAY NOMINEES?
You will need to forward all tickets, unless you are attending the game yourself.
Tickets can be forwarded to eligible Executive Club members, Season Ticket holders, and eligible Executive Club member nominees.
In order to forward your ticket, you will need to link your account with the recipient's account.
To create a linked account, log on to tickets.manutd.com, hover over your name at the top right of the screen and select “General Info & Linked Accounts”. In the centre of the page you will see a section entitled “Linked Accounts”.
You can categorise your relationship with the recipient account:
A standard relationship is recommended for supporters that you will be sharing your away game tickets with.
A strong relationship enables you to view booking history and account information as well as process transactions. We strongly recommend that you only create a “strong relationship” for family members, where you will need to pay for their renewals, or if you have concessionary tickets in your group where you will upgrade their tickets for matches.
HOW DO I FORWARD MY AWAY TICKET?
Go to tickets.manutd.com and log in with your Membership number.
Hover over your name in the top right-hand side of the screen and select "Tickets" from the drop-down menu.
Click on the individual game you wish to forward your tickets for.
For adult tickets only, you can use the "Forward Ticket" option displayed above the table of tickets. Please note: if you receive an error message, you may need to press Ctrl and F5 before selecting ‘Forward Ticket’ to prevent any issues.
For away games, once your ticket has been forwarded online, it is the responsibility of the original holder to pass the physical ticket on to the new person attending. A new ticket will not be issued.
HOW DO I SUBMIT MY AWAY NOMINEES?
Once you have registered your Away Nominee Membership’s for you and for your selected guests to receive any forwarded away tickets that are allocated via the away ballot process.
You are entitled to the same number of away nominee memberships as seats that you hold with us in the Executive Club. E.g if you have 4 seats, you can register for 4 memberships.
Please note: your away nominee(s) are selected for the full 2024/25 season and cannot be changed. This means, if you intend to attend away games yourself, you will need to process one of the Away Nominee Memberships in your name. Once you activate your Away Nominee Membership coupon codes the price will go down to £0. It is not possible to claim additional memberships outside your allocation of 16.
HOW DO I CLAIM MY AWAY NOMINEE MEMBERSHIP?
1. Click on this link (Setup membership: Away Nominee Membership: Man United Tickets (manutd.com)and log in to your account
2. Add the number of Away Nominee Memberships you wish to claim and click on 'Add to basket'
3. Click on 'Change' to amend the membership owner and select a nominee name from the drop-down list
4. Enter one coupon code (sent in an e mail to you on 4/7/2024) and click on 'Activate'
5. Repeat the step above and activate one coupon code per membership
6. Click on 'Proceed to Checkout' to register your nominees
7. Once your Away Nominee Memberships have been registered you will receive an email confirmation containing the nominees and their membership numbers – please retain this email confirmation for future reference throughout the season.
Can't find your nominee(s) in the drop down?
1. If your nominee already has an account, please click 'search' and enter their Supporter ID + Surname or Postcode and click 'Find & Assign'.
2. If your nominee does not yet have a Manchester United account, please click 'create' or 'add new' and fill in their details.
Be careful to select the relevant level of link:
- A Standard Relationship is recommended for supporters that you forward tickets to or book / attend matches with
- A Strong Relationship will enable you to see booking history and account information as well as process transactions on behalf of each other.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?

TROUBLE SIGNING IN ONLINE?
- Log out of any existing accounts by visiting login.manutd.com/sign-out and selecting ‘Yes’.
- Go to tickets.manutd.com and click on ‘My Account’ at the top right of the webpage.
- Click on ‘Forgot your password?’
- Enter your Membership number and date of birth (not your email address) and an email will be sent automatically to the Primary Account Holder. Follow the instructions in this email to create a new password.
Please note: the Primary Account Holder will need to send the reset password link to you from the link sent to their email address.
Once you’ve set up your new password, visit tickets.manutd.com and click on 'My Account' where you will be automatically logged in.
How do I book matchday dining?
- Login to your account at tickets.manutd.com.
- Visit https://tickets.manutd.com/en-GB/categories/executive-club-dining to book your matchday dining package.
- Select your required fixture from the list available.
- Choose the number of dining places required (maximum is equal to the number of Executive Club tickets you own in your suite; additional places without a ticket will not be refunded).
- Enter corresponding dietary requirements and/or reasonable adjustments, if applicable.
- Enter payment details and confirm your booking.

Suites: 1999 Suite, Knights Lounge, Captains Lounge, 1968 Suite, Evolution Suite, East Stand Boxes, SAF Stand Level 3 Boxes, SAF Stand Level 7 Boxes, West Stand Boxes & SBC Stand Boxes
- Doors open 3 hours before kick-off.
- Food is served pre-match.
- Doors close 1 hour after final whistle.
- Guests are asked to arrive in the suite no later than 2½ hours prior to the game commencing.
- All hospitality facilities are located in home areas of the stadium. Any supporters seen to be visibly supporting the away team may be denied entry, or ejected from the stadium.
Suites: 1878, The Gallery, The Heritage, Centennial Suites
- Doors open 3 hours before kick-off.
- Doors close 2 hours after final whistle.
- Guests are asked to arrive in the suite no later than 2½ hours prior to the game commencing.

- Guests in the Manchester & Salford Suites will need to pre-book dining prior to matchday.
- Guests located in the Sir Bobby Charlton and International Suites will be provided with rotating street food options for purchase on the day (card only)
- All hospitality facilities are located in home areas of the stadium. Any supporters seen to be visibly supporting the away team may be denied entry, or ejected from the stadium.
What is the dress code?
SMART:
Suites: The Gallery, 1878 Suite, The Heritage Club
Ladies: dresses, skirts, trousers, shoes or boots.
Gentlemen: trousers, shirts, shoes, or boots.
Not permitted: sportswear, shorts, tracksuits, away colours, offensive t-shirts, distressed jeans.
Please note: The dress code applies to children over 12. Jeans and trainers are permitted as long as they are smart in appearance.
The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person not adhering to the dress code or wearing attire deemed inappropriate.
SMART CASUAL:
Suites: 1999 Suite, Knights Lounge, Evolution, Manchester Suite VIP, Manchester Suite, Salford Suites, Sir Bobby Charlton Stand Suites, 1968 Suite, Captains Lounge, The Devils Bar, The United Road Bar, Manchester Suite.
Sports Bars: 500 Club, 100 Club, The Academy, The Kit Room.
Boxes: L3 Sir Alex Ferguson Stand Boxes, West Stand Boxes, East Stand Boxes - Formal, L7 Sir Alex Ferguson Stand Boxes, Centennial.

Can I purchase extra places if I need them for certain matches?
The Executive Club is not available as a single match purchase.
Subject to availability, a range of Matchday Hospitality packages in other areas of the stadium are available to purchase.
Matchday Hospitality packages can be booked by calling 0161 524 0821 or online.
Is car parking included?
Box holders are entitled to seasonal car parking, one space is allocated per box.
For Executive Club Members in The Gallery or Centennial Club, car parking is included within the cost of your facility, with one space per four places allocated.
Parking has sold out for the current season, however limited spaces are available for purchase on a match-by-match basis. Please visit manutd.com/carparking for more details.
Do you offer MEETING, EVENT & CONFERENCE SPACES?
Old Trafford offers a wide range of meeting and event facilities that are available on non-match days. From conferences to gala dinners and awards ceremonies, United Events has a variety of spaces and a dedicated event planning team to accommodate your every need.
Executive Club members receive an exclusive 10% discount on United Events spaces.
