CORONAVIRUS: INFORMATION FOR FANS AND VISITORS

Manchester United is closely monitoring the rapidly-evolving situation with coronavirus (COVID-19), and taking steps to help slow the spread of the virus. The following information summarises how different parts of the club are being impacted and responding.

FIXTURES

The Premier League has suspended all matches until it is safe and appropriate for football to resume. The restart date is under constant review and there remains an objective for all remaining domestic league and cup matches in the 2019/20 season to be played. However, games will only be resumed with the full support of the Government and when medical guidance allows. FA Cup, Europa League, Academy and Women’s games are also suspended.

We will provide further updates when there is more information to share.

TICKETS

Tickets for the postponed games will remain valid in the event that they eventually go ahead with supporters in attendance.

However, if it were decided that games cannot be played, or needed to be played behind closed doors, Manchester United will offer season ticket holders either a pro-rata rebate against their season tickets for next year, or a pro-rata cash refund based on the number of games still to be played. This rebate or a refund will also apply to supporters who have paid in advance for general admission tickets or Matchday VIP packages for the games that could be impacted this season. A rebate will also be offered to seasonal Executive Club members.

Once there is more certainty around the fixture schedule, the club will directly contact all fans who are impacted to provide further information on how any rebates, cash refunds and renewals will be administered.

SEASON TICKET RENEWALS

The Season Ticket renewal deadline, initially 1 May, has been suspended. This will be continuously reviewed and a new deadline will be put in place once there is confirmation of the start date of the 20/21 season. The club commits to giving as much notice of the revised renewal deadline as possible given the evolving situation.

SOCCER AID

The team at Soccer Aid has decided to postpone the event on Saturday 6 June until later in the year. Fans should be reassured that they are working hard to find a new date. Please be aware that all tickets and car parking will remain valid for the rescheduled game, and we will advise of a new date as soon as this is confirmed. When further information is available, you’ll find the relevant updates at manutd.com/socceraid.

TICKET OFFICE

Our Ticketing & Membership Services Front Office is temporarily closed. Our Contact Centre will be available for supporters to call between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. During this time, our online ticketing platform will remain available 24/7 where you can manage your account, make applications (if applicable), buy tickets and renew Season Tickets. Our 24 hour automated phone line will also remain available.

OLD TRAFFORD

Based on the latest UK Government advice, our Museum & Stadium Tour, Megastore and the Red Café will be closed until at least Thursday 30 April. We sincerely regret any disappointment this will cause, but trust visitors will understand that the health of the public and our staff must take priority.

Bookings made through Manchester United for visits up until 30 April will be cancelled and refunded to the payment card originally used for payment. People who pre-booked with a third party should contact the vendor. Visitors with Museum & Stadium Tour bookings for after 30 April should watch for updates to this information.

We will continue to review the situation and look forward to welcoming visitors back to Old Trafford as soon as we are advised that it is appropriate to do so.

How do I apply for away games?

Executive Club Members can enter into a ballot for all away games and cup finals. Please select the game you wish to apply for from the list above and follow the steps to apply on our ticketing site.

How do I forward an away ticket to someone else?

For the 2019/20 Season, the club are continuing their ticket transfer scheme, requiring all Executive Club Members to submit attendee names for domestic away fixtures. Full details of how to do this are contained in the download below, including screenshots to guide you through the process.

What is the dress code?

SMART DRESS CODE:

Recommended:
Ladies - dresses, skirts, smart trousers, smart shoes or smart boots.
Gentlemen - smart trousers, collared shirts, smart shoes, smart Chelsea boots.

Please note: 
Guests choosing to wear smart/plain jeans (if complemented by smart shoes/smart footwear attire), will be permitted access as long as the jeans are not distressed in appearance.
The dress code also applies to children of all ages.
Clothing strictly prohibited: sportswear, shorts, trainers, tracksuits, polo shirts, away colours, t-shirts/offensive t-shirts, casual boots & distressed jeans.  
The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed inappropriate.

The Executive Club is not available as a single match purchase. Subject to availability we offer a range of Matchday VIP hospitality packages in other areas of the stadium which you would have the opportunity to purchase. Matchday VIP hospitality packages can be booked by calling 0161 868 8000 (option 2, option 3) or online.

Is car parking included?

Seasonal car parking is included for our box holders, one per box. For some Executive Club Members, such as The Gallery and Centennial Club box holders, parking is included in the cost of your facility, with one space per four places allocated.
