Welcome to the Executive Club Members' Area, here you'll find everything you need to help you make the most of your Executive Club facility. This area will be continuously updated with all the latest matchday information, specific news regarding your suite, away fixture details and exclusive offers and benefits.


Manchester United is committed to keeping our fans informed about the impact of coronavirus (COVID-19) on the club, and the steps being taken in response to the pandemic. The following information is being regularly updated as the situation evolves.

In recognition that the remaining games of the 2019-20 were played behind closed doors, Manchester United offered season ticket holders either a pro-rata rebate against their season tickets for the 2020/21 season, or a pro-rata cash refund based on the number of games. This rebate or refund also applied to supporters who paid in advance for general admission tickets or Matchday VIP packages for the games impacted. A rebate was also offered to seasonal Executive Club members.

The club has directly contacted all fans who were impacted to provide further information on how the rebates, refunds and renewals have been administered.


The Season Ticket renewal deadline, initially 1 May, has been suspended. This will be continuously reviewed and a new deadline will be put in place in due course. The club commits to giving as much notice of the revised renewal deadline as possible given the evolving situation.


The Manchester United Megastore has reopened, with a series of measures in place to protect the health of visitors and staff. For details of those measures and opening times, please visit

Our Museum & Stadium Tour and the Red Café currently remain closed. We sincerely regret any disappointment this may cause. We will provide further information when we have a timetable for reopening.


Our Ticketing & Membership Services Office is temporarily closed. Our Contact Centre will be available for supporters to call between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. During this time, our online ticketing platform will remain available 24/7 where you can manage your account, make applications (if applicable), buy tickets and renew Season Tickets. Our 24 hour automated phone line will also remain available.

Old Trafford had been announced to be the host venue for the opening match in the UEFA Women’s EURO, originally scheduled to be held in the summer of 2021. UEFA have now confirmed that the tournament will be postponed until 2022.

We remain excited to be involved in the rescheduled tournament and will discuss with UEFA and The FA once the fixture schedules are known.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I apply for away games?

Executive Club Members can enter into a ballot for all away games and cup finals. Please select the game you wish to apply for from the list above and follow the steps to apply on our ticketing site.

How do I forward an away ticket to someone else?

For the 2019/20 Season, the club are continuing their ticket transfer scheme, requiring all Executive Club Members to submit attendee names for domestic away fixtures. Full details of how to do this are contained in the download below, including screenshots to guide you through the process.

What is the dress code?


Ladies - dresses, skirts, smart trousers, smart shoes or smart boots.
Gentlemen - smart trousers, collared shirts, smart shoes, smart Chelsea boots.

Please note: 
Guests choosing to wear smart/plain jeans (if complemented by smart shoes/smart footwear attire), will be permitted access as long as the jeans are not distressed in appearance.
The dress code also applies to children of all ages.
Clothing strictly prohibited: sportswear, shorts, trainers, tracksuits, polo shirts, away colours, t-shirts/offensive t-shirts, casual boots & distressed jeans.  
The Club has the right to refuse admission to any person wearing attire deemed inappropriate.

Can I purchase extra places if I need them for certain matches?

The Executive Club is not available as a single match purchase. Subject to availability we offer a range of Matchday VIP hospitality packages in other areas of the stadium which you would have the opportunity to purchase. Matchday VIP hospitality packages can be booked by calling 0161 868 8000 (option 2, option 3) or online.


Is car parking included?

Seasonal car parking is included for our box holders, one per box. For some Executive Club Members, such as The Gallery and Centennial Club box holders, parking is included in the cost of your facility, with one space per four places allocated.
