Levitt seals loan transfer

Friday 20 August 2021 13:30

Manchester United midfielder Dylan Levitt has joined Dundee United on loan for the 2021/22 season, subject to international clearance.

The 20-year-old, who was part of the Wales squad that reached the round of 16 at Euro 2020, returned early for the start of pre-season with the first-team and featured in both of the friendlies against Derby County and Queens Park Rangers.
Dylan Levitt came back early to enjoy a full pre-season with United.
He now joins up with the Scottish Premiership side having shown great character and gained valuable experience playing abroad last season in the Croatian top flight.

The Bodelwyddan-born prospect has been capped nine times for his country already and will look to continue his progress ahead of the 2022 World Cup.

Levitt, who joined United at the age of eight, is the tenth player to make a temporary move away from the club during the window.

The Academy continues to prioritise individual development over short-term team results and looks to provide the most challenging and beneficial environment for each player in the Professional Development Phase.

Everybody at United would like to wish Dylan the best of luck this term as we follow his progress at Tannadice Park.
