Team news: United's XI to play Atletico

Wednesday 23 February 2022 18:45

Ralf Rangnick has made three changes to his Manchester United side, for the UEFA Champions League round-of-16 first-leg clash with Atletico Madrid at the Wanda Metropolitano.

Raphael Varane returns to the side in place of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, as he returns to the Spanish capital following his summer transfer from Real Madrid.

It looks as though the Frenchman will partner Harry Maguire in defence, with Victor Lindelof moving out to right-back.
