Erik ten Hag's motivational speech to the 18-year-old's family is now trending across social media, with the boss being inundated with praise for the way he is guiding Alejandro.
Erik believes the flying winger 'has the talent' to help the Reds win more trophies in the future, and explained that to Garnacho and his loved ones at Carrington.
