Hannibal sparkles in Arab Cup opener
Manchester United youngster Hannibal performed well for Tunisia in their opening Arab Cup game against Mauritania on Tuesday.
A big moment for the playmaker arrived in the 38th minute, when he secured his first assist for Tunisia. Cutting in from the left flank, he displayed some neat skill before releasing Seifeddine Jaziri, who finished clinically.
It opened the scoring and Tunisia went on to record a 5-1 victory in Qatar, with Hannibal being substituted during the second half of the comfortable success at the Ahmed Ali Stadium.
Syria and UAE make up the remainder of Group B in the competition.
Hannibal's side face Syria on Friday 3 December before meeting UAE three days later, looking to book a place as one of two qualifiers for the knockout stages.
