How to watch and follow Arsenal v United

The Gunners currently top the Premier League table, eight points above Erik ten Hag’s Reds with a game in hand.

But with Ten Hag’s side unbeaten in the last 10 games in all competitions, and with a recent Manchester derby win over second-placed City under our belts, Erik will fancy our chances in the capital.

HOW CAN YOU FOLLOW THE GAME?

Our clash with Arsenal will be broadcast live on Sky Sports in the UK, with kick-off at the Emirates Stadium scheduled for 16:30 GMT on Sunday.

MUTV will also provide exclusive build-up and post-match reaction, along with further must-see content being available on ManUtd.com and in the United App.

Our pre-match coverage will start at 15:25 GMT, and will be followed by live radio commentary during the 90 minutes.

WHEN CAN YOU SEE HIGHLIGHTS?

Two-minute highlights of the game will be available two hours after the final whistle, with extended highlights and the full 90 minutes of action being published at midnight for subscribed users.

WHAT’S THE TEAM NEWS?

The main team news for United is that Brazilian midfielder Casemiro will be suspended, due to the yellow card that he picked up in our midweek 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace.

This booking was Casemiro’s fifth of the campaign, narrowly missing the cut-off point by one match. His tally would have been wiped following the Palace match, but now he is forced to watch the clash with Gunners from the stands.

Ten Hag is also waiting on the fitness of right-back Diogo Dalot, who has been out since our Carabao Cup quarter-final win over Charlton Athletic, and Anthony Martial, who also missed the midweek trip to Selhurst Park.

Donny van de Beek is out for the remainder of the season, following his knee surgery, but Jadon Sancho returned to group training at Carrington this week.

For Arsenal, Gabriel Jesus and Reiss Nelson remain out, while midfielder Mohamed Elneny may be fit again for selection, following a knock.

PREVIOUS MEETINGS

United v Arsenal is a tale as old as time. The two clubs have been historic rivals, with the battles between Sir Alex Ferguson and Arsene Wenger providing entertainment from the late '90s until the early 2010s.

The sides are now once more competing at the top end of the Premier League table, and it a welcome sight for fans and neutrals alike.

The last time the two sides faced one another, United came out on top 3-1. Antony’s first goal for the Reds, on his debut, along with a Marcus Rashford double, sealed the three points for Ten Hag’s side as we continued the upward trajectory following a disappointing start to the campaign.

But United have failed to win in our last four trips to the Emirates Stadium. Our last victory at the home of the Gunners came in January 2019, when goals from Alexis Sanchez, Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial earned the Reds a 3-1 win in the Emirates FA Cup fourth round.
