United announce UEFA Youth League squad

Friday 15 September 2023 11:56

Manchester United have submitted a 40-strong squad ahead of the start of the UEFA Youth League.

Travis Binnion's Under-19s side face Bayern Munich in Germany next Wednesday afternoon at the FC Bayern Campus, before the senior side tackles Thomas Tuchel's men in the Champions League opener at the Allianz Arena.

Clubs were required to send a list of up to 40 players who will be eligible to feature throughout the group stages of the competition.

Our squad includes the likes of Isak Hansen-Aaroen, Daniel Gore and Omari Forson, who were involved in the pre-season friendlies for Erik ten Hag's senior team.

Gore was on the substitutes' bench for the recent Premier League victory over Nottingham Forest and defeat at Arsenal.
