The Reds depart for Wembley

Manchester United have set off to travel down to London, in preparation for Saturday's Emirates FA Cup final against Manchester City.

United are looking to do the domestic cup double for the first time in our history, and the Premier League champions stand in our way.

It is also the first time a major final has ever been contested between the red and blue sides of Manchester, and anticipation continues to build ahead of the weekend showcase.

When the referee commences the match at 15:00 BST on Saturday, at Wembley Stadium, both teams will go at it for 90 minutes - and potentially extra time and penalties - to lift the trophy.

The winner will also claim bragging rights, with United currently holding those after our 2-1 victory at Old Trafford in the Premier League in January.

On Thursday afternoon, the Reds left Manchester to head to the capital, donning our new adidas training kit.

Our players were full of smiles, with the likes of Raphael Varane, Tyrell Malacia and Facundo Pellistri all pictured, as well as Erik ten Hag.

Boarding our Manchester United branded bus to the airport, our players head to London to finish preparations for our final match of the 2022/23 campaign.

Supporters will follow them in their thousands over the next couple of days, as the anticipation continues to grow for the historic occasion.

See you down there, Reds!
