Premier League fixtures released for winter spell
Manchester United's Premier League schedule for December and January has been announced.
The list includes a traditional Boxing Day date, away to Wolves, plus big games against Arsenal, Manchester City and Liverpool, with the latter our opening assignment of 2025.
December kicks off with the home game against Everton, already announced, before the midweek trip to Arsenal, now starting on the Wednesday at 20:15 GMT and live on Amazon Prime Video.
The Old Trafford clash with Nottingham Forest on 7 December has switched to a 17:30 GMT kick-off, with the following weekend's action a local affair, the derby with Manchester City, on 15 December, at 16:30 GMT.
Our only fixture not changed over this period is the home match with Bournemouth on Saturday 21 December, just ahead of Christmas. The Boxing Day outing at Wolves is at the later time of 17:30 GMT and will be shown live on Amazon Prime Video.
The final fixture of the calendar year is the Monday 30 December meeting with Newcastle United at the Theatre of Dreams (20:00 GMT). The Premier League has stressed that no team will play within 60 hours of another match over the festive spell.
There is an explosive opening to the new year with the blockbuster at Anfield against Liverpool moved to the first Sunday of 2025, starting at 16:30 GMT.
The fact our home match against Southampton is now a Thursday night (16 January, 20:00 GMT), to facilitate TNT Sports' live coverage, has resulted in the Brighton & Hove Albion game changing to Sunday 19 January, but the showdown with the Seagulls is not being broadcast on live TV in the UK.
The last fixture of this batch confirmed is the visit to Fulham, with the Craven Cottage clash now a Sunday (26 January) date, kicking off at 19:00 GMT and screened by TNT Sports.
