Inside United's first warm-weather session in Spain
Manchester United have trained for the first time in southern Spain, as part of a warm-weather break that is set to recharge the Reds ahead of the all-important season finale.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his travelling squad arrived on Saturday afternoon when conditions were slightly overcast, but that was definitely not the case on Sunday morning as the continental sun shone warmly and brightly.
It provides a stark contrast to the weather that Storm Ciara is currently bringing to the UK, where a Premier League fixture has today been postponed as a result.
Our cameras were granted exclusive access to the first workout at the Marbella Football Centre and observed an intense but enjoyable session, which almost every player played a full part in.

Axel Tuanzebe and Scott McTominay worked as a pair under the guidance of the club’s fitness staff, initially in a pitchside gym before moving onto the grass for some light running and exercise drills.
In a couple of exclusive interviews after the session, which you can read and watch later in the week, the powerful Reds both expressed hopes that they might return to full training later in the week. Solskjaer also stated that hope in our big interview with the boss earlier this weekend.
The versatile 22-year-old defender has not played since an outing with his previous loan club Fulham last April 2019, but is hopefully edging closer to a comeback as a United player.
Coming back stronger

Bruno Fernandes, signed from Sporting in January, was heavily involved throughout the Sunday morning session as the Portuguese playmaker continues to acclimatise to his new surroundings.
Fellow mid-season signing Nathan Bishop, the young goalkeeper who was recruited from Southend United, also impressed alongside his fellow stoppers David De Gea and Sergio Romero.
