Reds get to work in LA
Manchester United got down to work in the Californian sunshine on Thursday afternoon, during the first full day of Tour 2024, presented by Snapdragon.
All 29 members of Erik ten Hag's travelling squad were present and correct for the maiden session at the impressive University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) sports complex, in the heart of the city.
Conditions could not have been more perfect for the Reds, with clear, blue skies and temperatures reaching close to 30 degrees Celsius ensuring that the lads were thoroughly sweat-soaked by the end of their workout.

New sporting director Dan Ashworth watched on from the sidelines at Wallis Annenberg Stadium, as did technical director Jason Wilcox.
The UCLA venue will be United's primary base throughout the tour, although of course we do visit San Diego and Columbia, for meetings with Real Betis and Liverpool respectively, later in the trip.
Preparations are ramping up for the third game of pre-season, with Arsenal providing the opposition at SoFi Stadium this weekend.
The Gunners warmed up for the game with an outing against Bournemouth in nearby Carson on Wednesday evening, prevailing 5-4 on penalties following a 1-1 draw with the Cherries.
Ten Hag will hold a pre-match press conference with travelling UK journalists and local media on Friday, and we'll keep you up to date with what the boss said on ManUtd.com and the United App.
