The Reds progressed to the semi-finals of the Continental League Cup after dispatching Hope Powell's Seagulls...

The Reds reached the semi-finals by beating Manchester City 2-0, Everton 3-0, Leicester City 11-1, Birmingham City 3-1 and most recently Brighton & Hove Albion 2-1 in the quarter-final three days ago.

We are aiming to become just the third different club to lift the trophy, after Arsenal, who have won on five occasions, and holders City, who recorded their third success in five years when they defeated the Gunners on penalties at Bramall Lane last season.

Meanwhile, in the Women's FA Cup, our home fourth-round tie against Manchester City has now been confirmed for next Saturday, 25 January. The kick-off time at Leigh Sports Village will be 12:45 GMT.

Advance tickets for both the City and Chelsea matches can be purchased from our official ticketing website. Tickets will also be available from Leigh Sports Village on the day.
