Headlines from the first Fans' Forum of 2025/26
Our first Fans’ Forum of the 2025/26 season met in person on Wednesday 8 October at Old Trafford.
Senior club officials and appointed fan representatives came together to discuss matters relating to supporter experience, including ticket policy, operations and matchday.
The Fans’ Forum meets quarterly and will convene again in December. This was the first forum for six new representatives, following open applications in June.
Meet your fan representatives here.

Here, we’ve collated your key takeaways...
STADIUM SURVEY
The next phase of fan consultation on the club’s development of a world-class stadium is now live.
The club has launched a supporter survey with market-leading research company, CSL, which covers potential features in a new stadium, such as facilities, seating and pricing options.
All fans are encouraged to share their views before 23.59 (BST) on Thursday 6 November.
£2M DONATIONS
Since the ticket donation scheme launched, season ticket holders have raised over £2 million for Manchester United Foundation.
All your donations go towards our educational and community outreach programmes across Greater Manchester and beyond, making a difference to young people and their families.
Thank you to everybody who has contributed.
KIOSKS
We are making ongoing improvements to our stadium concourses and the matchday experience for fans at Old Trafford.
We have successfully trialled E-bar technology in North Stand. We are also upgrading an additional 15 kiosks to serve draught beer in West Tier 2 and East Tier 2 with installation to be completed by the end of November.
GLOBAL SUPPORT
We’re delighted to have welcomed another 17 official supporters’ clubs already this season, including clubs in three countries for the first time: Trinidad & Tobago, Uzbekistan and Chile.
Thanks to your incredible support, we now have 351 supporters’ clubs across 94 countries worldwide.
A summer of fan engagement
Last summer, we loved connecting with supporters' clubs, travelling fans and local communities across the USA...
TOUR
It was fantastic to connect with so many of our global supporters’ clubs across our pre-season tour, co-delivering activations in Stockholm, Toronto, Niagara, New York, Chicago and Atlanta.
We also delivered community programmes with key partners across the summer, including Street Soccer USA, Chicago Bears and Chicago Bulls supporting young kids to get active and empower positive lifestyle choices.
