When can you watch our new signing in action?

Wednesday 02 September 2020 17:30

Donny van de Beek has officially completed his transfer from AFC Ajax to Manchester United, so when can Reds supporters watch him in action next?

Before the 23-year-old reports for duty at the Aon Training Complex, he will proudly represent his beloved Netherlands in their two UEFA Nations League matches against Poland and Italy.

The first of those two games is on Friday at the Johan Cruyff ArenA in Amsterdam and United supporters in the UK can watch it on Sky Sports, with kick-off scheduled for 19:45 BST.

Netherlands will then host another giant of international football, Italy, at the same venue next Monday night and fans in the UK can once again watch it on Sky Sports, with the same kick-off time.
The Dutch national team is currently without a permanent manager after Ronald Koeman announced his departure last month, in order to take charge of his former club Barcelona.

Van de Beek and his international team-mates are presently under the watchful eyes of interim boss Dwight Lodeweges, who had been an assistant since 2018.

Make sure you visit ManUtd.com and our Official App across the weekend for the latest news on van de Beek’s international performances, as well as updates on United’s other players in action.
