Reds pay tribute to Sven-Goran Eriksson
Manchester United players past and present have paid tribute to former England and Manchester City manager Sven-Goran Eriksson, who sadly passed away on Monday at the age of 76.
The former England manager coached many of our former players with the national team, such as Gary and Phil Neville, Rio Ferdinand, David Beckham and many more.
Following the news, tributes poured in across the football world for the Sven, who was the first-ever foreign manager for the Three Lions.
We are deeply saddened that Sven-Göran Eriksson, who managed the #ThreeLions from 2001 to 2006, has passed away aged 76.

Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.
Rest in peace, Sven. You will be greatly missed ❤️ pic.twitter.com/aLtqWAG8K4
Past and present Reds shared their love on social media, with Ferdinand posting photos of his time on the England training pitch with Sven, accompanied by the words "RIP Boss."
The Neville brothers expressed similar messages, along with Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt.
United defender Harry Maguire said "RIP Sven. An absolute England legend who did so much for so many."
Eriksson faced United as Manchester City manager, and was the opposition boss who laid a wreath on the Old Trafford pitch during our Munich anniversary match in 2008, embracing Sir Alex Ferguson before the game.
Rest in peace, Sven.
