STILL TO COME: THREE PRE-SEASON FIXTURES

United have already faced second-tier side Durham this summer and were due to play WSL rivals Liverpool on Sunday, but that friendly was cancelled due to a number of injuries in our opposition’s squad.

The Reds do still have three further pre-season fixtures to come however, and the first of those sees Skinner’s squad face Championship outfit Newcastle at Carrington on Sunday (14:00 BST).

A training camp at the Marbella Football Center will follow, before we return home for final tests against top-flight teams Leicester (11 September, Carrington, KO TBC) and Tottenham (15 September, neutral venue, KO 14:00 BST).

Please note all pre-season matches will be played behind closed doors.

OLD TRAFFORD HOSTS OPENER

Following pre-season, all focus will be on the Theatre of Dreams, where United open up our 2024/25 campaign with a midday kick-off against West Ham on 21 September.

The encounter is the first of three confirmed matches in M16 for our women’s team this season, with duels against Crystal Palace in February and Man City in May also to come.

Your seat at all three games can be secured now with our new Old Trafford Bundle, costing the price of just two individual tickets. Click here to find out more.

FIRST THREE GAMES CONFIRMED

The West Ham match is the first of three early-season fixtures that have had their dates and times confirmed on United’s schedule.

Our Old Trafford opener will not be shown live on TV in the UK but will be available to watch via the WSL’s new YouTube channel, if you cannot make it to M16.

The Reds' maiden away trip of the campaign, to Everton on Sunday 29 September (14:00 BST), will also be streamed on YouTube, while our visit to Chelsea seven days later (6 October) has been picked for TV by Sky Sports, and will now kick off at 12:00 BST.

LEAGUE CUP GROUP DRAWN

In the midweek between the pair of aforementioned matches on the road, the Reds will play our first League Cup game of the campaign, in the group stage.

United were drawn into Group A of the northern section last week, alongside Everton, Liverpool and Newcastle, who we will each face home or away once in the competition over the coming months.

The schedule and the specifics of each tie – including dates and kick-off times – are still to be confirmed, but we will bring you that news as soon as we get it, on ManUtd.com and in the United App.
