Order the United-Forest match programme

Thursday 24 August 2023 11:50

The Reds return to Old Trafford on Saturday 26 August, where we'll take on Nottingham Forest in our third Premier League match of 2023/24.

Erik ten Hag will be expecting a strong performance from his squad, after a modest win over Wolves on matchday one and defeat to Tottenham Hotspur last weekend.

But the good news is that United are in the midst of an unbeaten 30-game run at the Theatre of the Dreams. With the M16 crowd behind us, confidence tends to flow.

Another home game also means another issue of our beloved matchday programme, United Review. If you're lucky enough to be attending Saturday's game in person, you'll be able to purchase UR at one of the many kiosks around the stadium. But if you're unable to make it, fear not: copies are now available to order from our online shop.

Early team news for Forest clash

Check the latest info on both squads for Saturday's Premier League game at Old Trafford.

The only place to start, in our humble opinion, is Erik ten Hag's exclusive matchday column. As we mentioned at the top, it's been a mixed start to 2023/24, so the Dutchman's thoughts ahead of our latest test will make for an essential read.

Want more from the dressing room? Then we've an in-depth interview with much-loved midfielder Christian Eriksen, who will be hoping for his first start of the campaign this weekend.

We're also paying tribute to some of the more overlooked first-team greats of decades past. Saturday will see 19 former Reds honoured on the OT pitch with belated league winners' medals, previously denied to them due to the Football League's rules around minimum appearances. UR's feature explains just why they so richly deserve this belated acknowledgement.

We spoke to our Hong Kong supporters' club – celebrating their 10-year anniversary at the game on Saturday – and also enjoyed a chat with long-time club employee Jason Leach, in the second of our 'Heartbeat of United' series, which credits the unsung heroes who make Manchester United magic.

There's much more, too, including a comprehensive analysis of Steve Cooper's Forest side, Paddy Crerand's ever-powerful column, plus a wealth of informative stats, kids' entertainment and plenty of posters.

Don't miss out on your quality slice of that unbeatable matchday buzz: order the new issue of United Review now.
