Two weeks until United Women play at Old Trafford

Saturday 11 March 2023 12:47

We’re officially two weeks away from Manchester United Women’s return to Old Trafford.

Marc Skinner’s side host West Ham United in the Barclay's Women’s Super League for a 17:30 GMT kick-off on Saturday 25 March.

It will be the fourth time the women’s team have played at the Theatre of Dreams – just the third in front of fans – following our most recent triumph over Aston Villa earlier this season

That comprehensive 5-0 victory saw 30,196 fans show their support, making it our record home attendance to date. Our current squad are eager to set a new one this month, and you can get your tickets now!
Reds’ captain Katie Zelem has previously spoken of her desire to set a new WSL record when we face the Hammers in two weeks' time.

“[Attendances have] hugely increased since the Euros and we want to see that at Old Trafford too,” she told MUTV.

“We want a record crowd and we want to try and beat the WSL attendance record!”
United have been flying under Skinner’s guidance this season, losing just once since last November when we were beaten by this Sunday’s opponents Chelsea.

As well as the Blues, we’ll also face Lewes in the quarter-finals of the FA Cup before we return to M16.

If you want to help us write our names in the history books once again, tickets for our WSL encounter at Old Trafford are still available to buy here
