A star-studded UEFA Women's EURO 2022 draw took place at the Victoria Warehouse in Greater Manchester on Thursday night, featuring United’s Juan Mata, alongside legends of the competition's past, drawing the teams into four groups which produced an exciting set of fixtures for the tournament.

Hosts England will play Austria in the opening match at Old Trafford on 6 July 2022. The full match schedule has now been confirmed and is available here.

Below are the groups in full...

Group A: England, Austria, Norway, Northern Ireland.
Group B: Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland.
Group C: Netherlands, Sweden, Russia, Switzerland.
Group D: France, Italy, Belgium, Iceland.

United's Juan Mata was among those that conducted the draw for the tournament's group stage.

As well as England's meeting with Austria, the opening round of matches also includes current title holders the Netherlands beginning the defence of the competition they won back in 2017, against Sweden on 9 July. 31 games will be played over a 26-day period in the month, across ten venues in nine English host cities, with the final to be played at Wembley.

The ticket ballot application window is now open and fans have until 16 November 2021 to apply for tickets. Supporters can apply for tickets at any time during the window.

After the ticket window closes, a fair and random ballot will be conducted to allocate the tickets. All applicants will be informed about the outcome of their application by 26 November 2021.

Match ticket prices range from £5 to £50. A family of four can attend for £30, or £45 for England games, a semi-final or the final. Concession tickets for children aged 16 or under are available for all matches.
