United Style explores adidas Teamgeist

The revived Teamgeist collection features a functional mixture of items, all of which will have you looking and feeling great both on and off the pitch. Directly inspired by the original collection from 2006, it’s a true nod to one of the most iconic jersey ranges in footballing culture and is available here.

The Manchester United Teamgeist Jersey is instantly recognisable as a part of the Teamgeist collection thanks to the symbolic mesh panelling that decorates each side of the jersey as well as the neck and back. Made from a comfortable and breathable polyester, the iconic adidas logo sits at the centre of the chest, and is accompanied by the club crest on the left-hand side.

In classic adidas fashion, this jersey’s construction utilises CLIMACOOL technology and features the iconic Teamgeist logo on the left sleeve. A synthetic tag on the bottom right-hand side guarantees authenticity and pays homage to the 15-year gap between the two collections, with the text reading 2006 x 2021. 

If you’re looking for something a little more casual, then this collection has you covered with the Teamgeist T-Shirt and Crewneck Jumper. Both being made out of premium cotton, and offering a comfortable fit, they feature the United badge on the left side of the chest and adidas branding at the centre of the chest, but with a Teamgeist twist.

Both styles also feature the classic Teamgeist logo on the back of the neck, accompanied by an adidas logo and embroidered three-stripe panelling on the shoulders. Naturally, the collection's seal of approval is on hand to certify the authenticity and commemorate the highly-anticipated return of Teamgeist.

The entire Teamgeist collection from adidas has incorporated recycled materials into the construction of the items that feature in this collection, in a bid to end plastic waste.
