Julia Zigiotti joined Manchester United Women from Bayern Munich at the end of July 2025.

A Sweden international since 2018, the hard-working midfielder has represented the Scandinavians at the 2019 Women's World Cup and Euro 2025. Zigiotti represented Bollstanas, AIK, Hammarby and BK Hacken in her homeland before she was snapped up by Brighton & Hove Albion. From there, she took in a season at Bayern, before transferring to United. Not previously known for her goalscoring, the Swede burst into life in front of goal at the start of 2026, netting her five efforts for the season across an eight-game period, including one directly from a corner against Aston Villa in the WSL.
