Heritage Assets
We know and respect that there are certain elements of a football club that cannot and should not be changed without the consultation and agreement of supporters. We are committed to upholding the FA Rule (M) which covers these areas of ‘heritage’. Currently this includes material changes to:
- Club crest; and
- Home shirt colours.
Our commitment to you is that we will always consult you on any changes that affect these club heritage assets. Any changes to rule M, or any additional items the club will consider under ‘heritage assets’ will be discussed at the Fans' Advisory Board.
Social Media Code
Manchester United prides itself on being an inclusive and diverse football club, where everyone can feel welcome and safe, including our supporters, players and staff.
The club recognises the responsibilities that come through engaging with the millions of passionate fans around the world. Social media has become an important part of this engagement, and we are committed to making this space as safe as possible for our supporters. This social guide exists to ensure everyone understands what is acceptable when engaging with our channels.
