Bruno up for March's Premier League award

Unsurprisingly, Bruno Fernandes has been shortlisted for the Premier League's Player of the Month in March.

The brilliant Manchester United no.8 has enjoyed a fabulous spell, scoring twice, providing three assists and earning our Man of the Match prize in three of the four outings for Michael Carrick's men.

Fans can vote for Bruno here, with the result due to be announced on Friday 3 April.

Fernandes, who is also in the frame for our official club trophy, converted penalties against Crystal Palace and Bournemouth.

He twice set up headed goals for Casemiro (against Newcastle United and Aston Villa) and released Matheus Cunha for a key strike in the 3-1 victory over Villa, with a sumptuous pass.

The midfielder is in outstanding form as he prepares for internationals with Portugal, against Mexico and USA.

Fernandes faces competition from six other players for March's Premier League individual honour.

Two of these are United Academy graduates - James Garner of Everton and Brighton & Hove Albion striker Danny Welbeck.

Best of luck to Bruno! Get voting here.
