Mlily’s mattress, pillow and mattress topper production facility was founded in 2003. Since then, it has doubled its production capacity annually and has become the largest memory foam manufacturer in China since 2011.

With over 1,500 employees, Mlily's factory is located in Jiangsu, China and covers an area of 400,000m2, with a separate warehouse of 30,000m2. They are proud to lay claim to having have the biggest foam production base in Asia, producing over 4,000m3 of foam blocks of different densities on daily basis. Their two foam production lines run about 300 metres in length, with the world’s most advanced air suspension system which produces close to 2 million moulded pillows every month. Mlily have their own state of the art lab facility which undertakes a number of quality control tests ensuring that they continue to comply and surpass the wide range of certifications required globally:

Starting with the foam materials they purchase and use, Mlily's own lab is not the single line of quality control and testing, as they also utilise further third party testing facilities like SGS, Intertex, and FIRA UK. Mlily also monitor and test all raw materials they buy from other suppliers to ensure they comply with all global certifications and are of the highest standards. Their foam and fabrics have successfully met the standards of CertiPur USA, CertiPur Europe, Oeko-Tex and more. Find out more
